HR & payroll · Egypt

One record for your people, your time and your money.

Rakeez holds everything about everyone who works for you — hiring, attendance, leave, commission, expenses and the payroll sheet — in one system, in Arabic and English. Your accountant's figures, recorded and paid.

Built for Egypt

Egyptian companies, Egyptian working weeks, Egyptian holidays.

Arabic and English

Every screen, both directions. Not a translation layer.

Five-year records

Contracts, documents and salary history kept as long as the law asks.

Your data is yours

Every row scoped to your company. No exceptions, and tested.

What this replaces

Five things that live in a spreadsheet, and shouldn't.

Every company we have talked to runs on the same five workarounds. Each one costs somebody a day a month, and nobody quite trusts the result.

"Attendance arrives on WhatsApp."

Staff check in from their own phone, at the branch or in the field, with the location recorded. Shifts, lateness and absence land in the same place.

Attendance & shifts

"Commission gets argued about every month."

Plans are written once, per role. Earnings run on their own clock — earned, due, paid — with a report that shows the working, so the argument ends.

Commission

"Every contract is retyped from the last one."

Upload your own Word template once. Rakeez fills in the employee and hands the document back — your wording, your layout, in Arabic.

Contracts

"Nobody can reconstruct last March."

Salaries live as a dated series, not as one number that gets overwritten. Re-open any month and you get the figures that month actually had.

Salary history

"Month-end lives in one person's head."

Deductions, leave balances, the payroll sheet and the export are one process anybody with the right role can run — and an audit trail says who did.

Payroll & reports

Payroll

You know the net. So do we.

When somebody joins an Egyptian company, the only figure they actually know is what lands in their account. Ask them for a gross and HR invents one by adding back deductions nobody can name — and the invented number then gets treated as a fact.

Net 14,200.00 Deductions 1,200.00 = Payable 13,000.00

That is the whole sheet. The net is what you agreed with the person. The deductions are the ones you recorded — an advance, a penalty, unpaid days. The payable is the subtraction.

  • Rakeez does not calculate income tax, social insurance or end-of-service. Your accountant does that, and Rakeez records the result.
  • Nothing derives a gross from a net, or a net from a gross. A figure a human typed is data; a figure the software guessed is a liability.
  • What you do get: the sheet, the payslip, the history, the audit trail, and the Excel export in the shape your accountant asked for.

Re-run March in July. You get March.

A salary is a dated series, not a current value. Drag the month and watch the same person's figure stay what it was at the time.

Salma's raise landed in April. March still reads 12,000.00 — in July, and in every month after it.

Language

Arabic, written by people who read it.

Most HR software sold into Egypt is an English product with Arabic poured in afterwards — mirrored badly, tracked like Latin, and worded by whoever was available. Rakeez was built in both languages at once.

  • Full right-to-left layout — mirrored properly, with numbers, clocks and money columns left alone.
  • A real Arabic face at every size, never faux-bold and never letter-spaced.
  • One agreed vocabulary across the app, the contracts and the reports — so the payslip and the policy use the same word.

Your data

Salaries and national IDs. We treat them that way.

One tenant, one boundary

Every record carries your company and every query is scoped to it. Not a convention — a rule enforced in the data layer, with a test on every model proving one company cannot read another's rows.

Documents behind expiring links

Contracts, IDs and certificates are never served from a guessable address. Links are signed, time-limited, and only issued to someone entitled to the file.

History that isn't quietly rewritten

Salaries, contracts and approvals are dated series. Changing today's figure never edits last year's, and the record of who changed what stays.

Money stored as money

Every amount is held in piastres as a whole number, never a decimal a rounding error can reach. A payroll product that loses half a piastre is a payroll product you cannot use.

Customer

"We had the salaries in one spreadsheet, attendance in another, and commission in a third that only one person understood. Now it is one screen — and I can open last March."
